Thank you for honoring our 24-hour cancellation policy.
We look forward to seeing you at your next appointment.
If you must
cancel please do so via
our online appointment calendar as soon as possible.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to
your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellation & No-Show Fees
If you cancel or reschedule late
you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of services scheduled. If you
completely miss your appointment without any notice you will be charged
a fee equal to 100% of services scheduled. If you arrive too late to perform the full service booked but receive a partial service, you will be charged for the original service booked. It is at our discretion as to whether or not we can perform the full service in the remaining time allowed. Unfortunately due to the high number of missed appointments a credit card is now mandatory to make a appointment. It will only be charged at the time of missed appointments or appointments cancelled within the 24 hour period.

Note: if you did not book your appointment online, or are having trouble with our appointment calendar please call us to cancel as soon as possible. Using the online calendar system is prefered as it allows other clients to reserve the time you had reserved as soon as possible.
